Hi All
Here is good news on Victory Park Capital front. Victory Park own 20% of VPC Specialty Lending (a LIC listed on the UK market - VSL:LSE).
Perch and Razr make up 10% of their holdings. This will enable VSL to liquidate holdings which they have agreed to complete over a two year period.
This will expedite the liquidation and generate more performance fees into VPC earnings. Good outcome for PAC shareholders in the short term.
