The naive Aussie trader thinks that because mobile sports betting is so popular here, then the model must work in America.
This is wrong. Firstly, we are a nation of gambling degenerates so the model works here perfectly. Americans don't have that behaviour ingrained in their culture like Australia does.
Another big issue is that the margins on sports betting is negligible and the apps here make all their money in the horse racing sections of the apps. Americans aren't into horse racing every single day like Australians.
The SP is headed to 0.98c (this isn't any revelation, we all know that). When it reaches that, it's curtains for all share holders here.
