the seller at $1.40 looks to be an institution. he's not flooding the market in one big hit but everytime he's been hit yesterday and today the sell order grows again.
Perpertual topped up on this big time ranging in prices from $1.57-$2.43 and held 13.34% in their last notice. It will be interesting to see if they hold, increase or decrease their stake.
