Think the auditors need to look closely at this company. They now seem to be all over the place and I worry about cash flow. If the company tanks the convertible note holders will take the company, sell its assets and get there money back AND the as usual shareholders likely to wind up with nothing. The new lot in this company IMO have to date proved no better than the old except to maintain there own longevity. Its an unbelievable situation but not surprising given the company wont even respond to shareholders concerns. The key shareholders who are not part of the management team need to start asking questions and if necessary kick butt. They have had long enough to deliver.
