    Since issue of 245.75 mil shares @.4cps came online about 100mil have been traded including today. I suspect they've got rid of about 75 mil...just my guess. Probably take them another 2 weeks to clear the rest as volume picks up. They dont care about oil, just profit and 25 % is very good.
