    As to different prices, papers, TV are only second hand sources, so not too much notice can be taken.

    Kitco and others have a 20 or less minutes delay, so you can have a problem there.

    I found this the best all round live site:

    http://www.gcitrading.com/forex-quotes.htm

    It is connected with the major gold trading centres.

    I use Kitco for Oil and $US.
