Call me cynical, but Commbank now own shares. I feel that this means it's a definate that things will go through.

On the more legit side, lenders look at the owner list and are more impressed with what they view as respectible names.

On the more cynical, the big 4 have the right connections. They say jump, the gov says how high. Regulatory issues will peel away as genex is now a "legit" operation.

The current mess aside, this stock would be back in the 20s. As soon as they pass their hurdles, its time to get to work.
