The update says, MEO & its PF require two side agreements (2SA) to b executed.
What is a 2SA?? It can't b different to the terms MEO had posted abt the farmin on its website. So the two sides could only b the PF & MEO-CUE-MOG
The JV participant is considering its position in relation to the SA?
Atleast this doesnot say its the 'PF' having a hissy fit.
Any legal eagles on HC, care to take a stab at this one.
