Is this saying Hanlong will provide funding or at least underwrite funding eg debt security?

So as to secure conventions.

Before the tricky stage two of getting all the approvals.

We might end up in good place if stage one successfull but stage 2 fails.

I'm in no hurry, I'm holding, this could turn in my favour IMO.

And I have a bottom price of 57c.

It's not totally out of the question that Hanlong is helping clear the road block that is financing arranged before conventions signed.

There by realising a monster profit on there original inveestment.
