The illogical optimism of some here never ceases to amaze. It's as though some like to continually set themselves up for disappointment, refusing to acknowledge the reality of the situation.
Hanlong is covering itself by saying the deal won't go ahead until Government approvals are signed and conventions ratified.
How you can get;
"It's not totally out of the question that Hanlong is helping clear the road block that is financing arranged before conventions signed."
Out of Hanlong putting in the stage one condition is beyond me.
