Do you really think it probable that one of the Governments would scuttle the T/O after just awarding permits & ratifying conventions? (Completing stage one)
Hanlong only needs 55% of shareholders to support as they own 20% themselves. If the shareholders don't agree to the Scheme of Arrangement (highly unlikely), watch funding be withdrawn by the Chinese and Government approvals disappear also.
What conclusion do you think the independent expert will come to when they assess the situation, being that the company can not fund development itself, and there are no other interested parties?
