Hi Handy Andy ,

I have been a member of the Australian Shareholders Association since "the crown situation"
Nothing wrong with keeping eye on the board of any company,to, as Don Chip says "keep the Boys honest"
BUT
I strongly feel that the current problem with Lynas SP is not the board but the HEDGE FUNDS manipulating the sp .

I feel let down by the ASA for not voicing their concern with gov regulatory bodies. This obvious problem effects quite a few shares not JUST LYC . So why on earth one expects to focus on just NC ?
Go past "not being kept informed ? " because politics,whether the Malaysian gov or,internal company or, with finance institution is not as simple as ABC. What choice the puppet on the string got > i don t know.

The gov regulators are paid by the tax payers to do a job.
Time someone wakes them up.
