Im sure its overvalued, when a someone takes a large holding it pushes up the stock price. It doesnt matter if some large investors pay too much now because they might see pan back to $8 in 5yrs and thats a dam good return. If you are buying 3% or more of a company it pushes up the share price especially when the nickel price is rising.
