A motor vehicle is deemed to be a deadly weapon in certain circumstances, the cops were justified and their quick actions commended.
And geez what a suprise the hoods were already well known to police with extensive crim histories including Unlawful use of motor vehicle, violence offences etc etc etc.
In my experiences only those that have had dealings with police for their anti social behaviour and disregard for the law complain about the cops, law abiding citizens do not. I can almost guarantee which of those you are.
