Two tiered western justice

Hate crime a)  A white American breaks into a mosque and spreads bacon around the mosque

Hate crime b) An African American woman films and broadcasts live on Facebook while narrating the kidnap and torture of a Trump supporter by her sister and friends.

Punishment for a) 15 years prison
Punishment for b) 200 hours community service and probation

Not too disimilar to the man who copped a year in prison in Britain for doing the same thing and died whilst in prison.  Meanwhile, on rememberance Day groups of Muslims burnt a poppy while yelling abuse at soldiers during the minute silence and they copped a 20 pound fine.

In Britain there seems to be a two tiered justice system, one for a certain group and another for native Brits.  I suppose white privilege must be taken into account with the courts.
