The 3.3m day on tuesday where we touched 2.6c with a VWAP of 2.86 is the day that will dominate the VWAP calc for Bergen.

I agree with choc that the VWAP they will use will be 3c so they will get issued shares at 2.7c

That large volume day dwarfs all the others and that is why those small trades yesterday to tick the price lower means nothing from a Bergen VWAP perspective.

Whether it was those large sell orders that were pulled before market open a couple of months ago (remember those) or small sell orders ticking us down towards the close, the motives are the same, and that is to keep the price low to entice sellers to sell so stock can be bought at lower prices.

Its for others to judge how successful they are, but IMO that is their motive.

But the broker roadshow is happening now and if people like what Steve has to say then we should see the stock moving up again
