VMY has the size and grade.
Aside from permitting, which, let's assume, is a pretty good chance, capex is it's main obstacle versus some ASX peers. This should be aided as spot rises and banks/offtakers begin to open their nuclear loan books. The IRR also isn't amazing but most of its peers aren't either - even at $60/lb.
