    'Useless disclosure' has to be done. The absence of the spud announcement has nothing to do with orderly governance issues.

    I agree with Justin that CTP's communications are exemplary, for its size. This is a $100m company, for Pete's sake! If it employed a giant investor relations team, we would all lose.
