Buddy doesn't hold, doesn't have a sentiment, yet ploughs around with strong opinions on all matters and issues. Good on you, mate.
How about some sober analysis?
This is a small $100m MC company with gas and a little oil around Alice Springs - thousands of kilometers from anything and anyone. Think for a moment about what that means for spare parts or skilled labour, let alone attracting the expert BoD the critics deem theirs by right.
I can only imagine how difficult drilling in this environment is with baking, inescapable daytime heat and bitterly cold nights. Just look at the pictures! It is governed from Darwin (1300km away) and Canberra (2560km away) with nothing but rocks in between. Decisions by remote bureaucrats 'in the national interest' have profound impacts. The local aboriginal population is regarded as fertile recruiting grounds for Marxist pseudo-environmentalists, a push ably contested by CTP's local employment initiative that provides meaningful jobs.
It astonishes me CTP can summon the will to do ANYTHING!
Yet it is acting . It has a drilling program and a steely determination to fill the NGP from the day it opens.
A little less strutting around and a lot more perspective would be appreciated.
