gm, given your Ag. Diploma, the many posts that have made the point of how increased CO2 levels and temperatures have a positive influence on plant growth would be ones that you both understand and acknowledge as fact.
Given that we accept that, then it would be expected that if the trend in global warming as being portrayed, we should see this increased plant growth before we begin to see the adverse effects that we are being warned about.
You are more familiar with the report than I am so perhaps you can point it out to us all where the scientist acknowledge that this is the case, or if not, then why not.

Your example of the charging bull could not be an more appropriate one and I thank you for it.
I can fully understand that if you got into an unfamiliar paddock and an unfamiliar bull come rushing at you, without thought you would just take off, in any direction.
However to assume that the rest of us are neither familiar with the paddock nor the bull is a rather arrogant assumption.
Many people may indeed be familiar with the paddock and the bull, whom they readily recognise as the same bull that comes rushing up every time they get in the paddock and who will return to his normal grazing once he also assures himself that there is nothing out of the ordinary happening.
