Agreed. The likely takeover offer is now 30c.
That's 35c, less 2c for the 'unforeseen' tax, and less another 3c for the adverse movement in the AUD (which is up a bit over 10% since the date the agreement with Eden was signed).
And when you factor in that Eden isn't yet done in further negotiating down the final offer price, the current market discount on the share price makes a lot of sense.
