Two weeks later and you guys this is completely normal. As if you will not question thisGuys I cannot get frozen blocks of solid ice to hold in a decent esky for a days.
And you think ice pellets in shallow loose fill exposed to 40'c days is normal.
pull the other one guys.
FYI I have just planted a 2 litre solid block from freezer. -10c into a loose fill hole. Closed it up with loose fill mulch with a 50mm cover.
Lets see how it goes.
