don't worry about the cap raising, worry about the viability of the company as a whole.

the collaboration have thrown dirt over the current board yet produced nothing of substance to date.

the EGM will be a cleansing event for both sides and share holders should be allowed complete transparency.

i agree the current board needs to be changed, the current board agree to be changed. however to have people put in a board position with nothing to lose and everything to gain could be a huge mistake. they better be able to articulate their plan.

i know a large number have jumped on the bandwagon, obiously they are privvy to more information than the rest of us - hence the frustration.

could be a few months before the EGM - so more waiting. just hope Anixter can continue as is.
