two women preferred as leaders

Noticed the results of a special poll by Roy Morgan Research
published last week which indicates that Julie Bishop
and Tanya Plibersek are preferred to lead their respective
Party’s over Malcom Turnbull and Bill Shorten.


LNP
Julie Bishop is on 30%,
Malcolm Turnbull 27%
Tony Abbott  9%
Barnaby Joyce 5%
Peter Dutton 5%

Tanya Plibersek 26%
Anthony Albanese 19%
Bill Shorten   15%

However among Liberal voters more prefer
Turnbull 38% to  Bishops 34%. The rest
are way down the line.

Among Labor voters most prefer Plibersek  34%
Shorten 23% and  Albanese 12%
