SBPs drup has good efficacy (ie treatment results are excellent especially since it was given to terminally ill patients in late stage of cancer and put them in remission) problem is it was only used on very few pateints so the results could be highly variable so need s testing on a larger population base possibly for phase 2b prior to going to phase 3
