Although TWP had indicated less than 20 days ago that they would release the BFS by the 8th October they have now indicated that they "need" more time. PL thinks (hopes) that it will be released in the next two weeks (hopefully next week). However, TWP have not any dates at this stage and we have to realise that Nkwe have little control over it's release.

IMHO Xstrata want this project but require that all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed before committing. Is TWP in collusion with Xstrata? I don't like to say it but bribes are rife in SA. Once the BFS is released it may allow other suitors to spoil Xstrata's plans. I'm starting to believe that Xstrata would like to know the outcome of the Supreme Court case regarding the southern farms before committing on Garatauw.
