    If the final BFS and its various reviews were actually complete ,which is extreemly likely, IMO,is NKP obliged under ASX rules to release it to the market as soon as possible? Considering the dressing down ccc seems to have gotten from ASX ,which Landau would be well aware of,they may have compelling tactical reasons to delay release ,but is that complying with ASX rules? This is a big project and despite our frustrations our management team would not be dummies and their interests I would hope would be alligned with our interests.Any comments?
