It was a solid interview and good to reaffirm to investors the upcoming short term opportunities for the company. From the information that I'm across I think there was a fair bit of "new" detail around manufacturing and
this part stood out to me:
.."Now, each of our Phase III Programs has products made from different donours to ensure there is no donor-to- donor variability, and this has already been verified. At the end of the day, the final batch of products that goes out the door is the same no matter which donor it came from, but very few donors are needed for us to make
very large numbers of therapeutic doses for our commercial needs.This is very
scalable .... "
Not sure if its the way I read it, but IMO there is a hidden message in the above comments ... I hope so, given recent developments and initiatives announced by Mesoblast !
