Hoping is one thing but I think a lot of CBH holders live or should live in Disneyland,please look outside of
B H, PEM has plenty to offer,the way u lot are talking PEM is dead in the water without CBH.I know and u should know that is absolute rubbish A Merger or a deal or deals could be beneficial to both Companies . Based on your understanding of how any merger takes place, that is current SP of CBH 34.5 cents and Pem $1.00 ratio sb 2.5 to 3 cbh to every 1 PEM ,that is crap,u have to take into account the nett asset value of each company, regardles of what u believe this will be taken into account(refer to my previous post re nett asset value) along with a lot of other issues. As i said in my previous post this issue will be decided by Accountants and Company Advisers,give it a break because u have no idea.
