YOU and Sensis are PEM shareholders...and you dont like what is said...PEM needs CBH not CBH needs Pem...as far as I am concerned..the CBH 20 shareholders who own 80% of the stock..all big concerns will make the decision if this merger will happen..PEM is unfortnuatly in the weaker position here as the heavy hitters are in CBH stock...why?..all will be revealed by wednesday...management will not be able to move without their consent...so things are getting intresting...ladies and gentlemen...the decision is in their corner...but one thing I can say if it happends the SP will move higher
