I think you best contact ASX compliance as to why they didn't allow TYM to announce this. It states it's a paid contract for a world first project. I'd imagine the terms are commercial in confidence hence MGU didn't have to disclose actual dollars. TYM has next to no revenue so any paid contract would be material to TYM. It's very strange the ASX would allow one party to a contract to announce but not allow the other party. Who knows what's going on at the ASX? I see ASX head of compliance Janelle Ryan has just walked out according to the AFR.
