As per the template on the ASIC website, a qualified accountant should only sign the certificate if the applicant has net assets worth over $2.5mil, or if the applicant has an income of over $250k per year for the last 2 years.
Does anyone know an accountant who would sign the certificate for an applicant who doesn't meet these criteria?
