Well I met one of those apparent "high paid directors" and IMO I am yet to come across a better man at the helm of an up coming Company. Personally I think their pay is quite reasonable. Management is key aside from the product they sell and both are top notch IMO.
I too wonder how guidance 11 from the ASX cash formula wasn't applicable here. I can only assume maybe because the seed was held over twelve months?
