Hey Bene great post. Would be nice if they can just add this modification onto the phase 3 trial for diabetes. To me it does not look like it should effect safety but I am an optimist
Second option is run a safety/efficacy diabetes trial in Japan. They have already partnered successfully and have an approved drug ... they have credibility in Japan
Having Harvard validate the science is awesome! Having control over signaling of cells is huge.
