IMHO If you think the FDA are going to let your device deliver drugs up to a stated x10 times efficacy, i am sorry my freind you are dilusional go and have a look at 3m site and pipeline, have a look at CSL site and pipeline

Please dont play with me, accept the fact to use any therapuetic drug in that device you will have to to Preclinical, Phase 1, 11, 111 it is on the FDA site

i put that link up for you all on monday go and have a look, the FDA spells it out.......
