As far as I understand, the technology requires no alteration to the drug and the adhesive layer. It simply a programmable magnetic layer to be sticked on top of a current commercial patch. The programmable magnetic layer would enhance the flux rate of the drug through the skin. And by programmable, which I assume to be different pattern of the magnetic field, would create different penetration rate for the drug. So it doesn't have to be 10 times the current commercial rate, it could be lower as required for the specific drug.
