Fizzking I have no doubt that what you claim to have been told is exactly what you say you have been told. Imagine if every holder that called the company was told there would be a scale back and then acted accordingly, and only applied for 75% of what they would have otherwise.... and as a result there was an under subscription....the person delivering this information would be hung out to dry.. I'm sure they are under strict orders to inform every caller they will be given their full order (at this early stage anyway).That's my op. anyway.
