As I said on a previous post I have no need to phone anyone in PRR as you suggested,because you say you got your misleasing information from the CFO
The SPP document is very straightforward and easy to understand, I won't go over that again
And my last comment on this issue is to say how on earth would the CFO give you nsuch misleading information
May I respectfully suggest you did not hear him correctly
In any case why would anyone want to phone him,the SPP
document is plain enough, at least to me, and other posters
who have commented here
