No, you are right it is NOT first in best dressed.
As long as you have your payment in by the due date everyone will receive the same pro-rata allocation.
This is because the calculation of the overall scaleback ratio utimately depends on the actual total amount of new shares that are applied for. That will not be known until all applications are received and tabulated.
