There is no way the instos/sophs who have already got 'their leg in' for $22 mill will allow the sp to fall to 28c.
They know (as do we all) that existing s/holders who are eligible for the SPP could guarantee to pick up on market at this level (28c) and therefore possibly mean that the SPP will be under subscribed, leaving both Prima and Insto's 'holding the baby'- not an option imo.
Manipulator bots at play to ensure sp remains 'favourable' to all who may wish to take advantage of SPP.
IMHO of course.
