What do people think about this? Common sense and rationality say to me that with 7% more water vapour in the atmosphere then there will be more flooding associated with big storms like. I suspect stronger winds will occur due to higher temperature differentials, more energy in the atmosphere, higher extremes, etc etc but we may have wait years for a scientific post mortem on a storm such as this. For now I am just putting it out there.
