When (inexperienced) DTs jump on a stock thats hyped up such as CER is ATM, they buy and jump on the sell side instantly creating a barrier such as the one we have atm.So why would anyone buy now, there is 3mil odd shares to trudge thro' to make a profit. A good indication of this is that the sell side has increased by roughly the same amount as the buy side has decreased.
Just an observation.
