Typical in this day and age, any junior explorer endeavoring to raise cash must be extremely frustrated in this economic climate?
The current raising at $0.01 sees the current share price at that level without any serious buying support, so why would you take up your entitlement other than to save a few dollars on brokers fees?
The way KEY is looking we could possibly expect to be able to buy on the open market at less than the offer anyway?
I would suggest that these circumstances are why the offer has been extended?
No blame on management as I'm happy with Kane's efforts to build the company.
