well ad has done it again. First he states that simple screening and washing is required with maximum capex of $30- $40 million. Now capex is $75- 100 million and that is just for the DSO. DSO that is by the way not proven to exist yet.
What is the capex for the beneficion plant . Some $200 - 300 million most likely and 8-10 times what he stated which is why they werent announced as promised. I dont know who did the study but detail is very thin on.
OPEX of $150 for DSO, sounds reasonable. What are they for beneficion plabnt though. Likely $250 I would guess based on dso amount.
Only hope for this share is that fertilizer prices increase and DSO is found.
AD says price is undervalued. I along with the market think otherewise until real results are released.
Current cap of $50 million is fair value for a company with 12 million cash and may produce in a year.
Based on Ad's history of talk though would not bet much on it though
