Again I reference EMH. Logically speaking, if what we deduce is correct about there being 180 million shares around which I can't see how that could be wrong.....it is nonethelesss surprising that 180 million shares being traded to death could have driven the price down from the 20-30 cent mark to where we are today.....That to me is only part of all this that I can't put into a "logic pigeonhole".
The T+3 issue is the most plausible explanation....
