the root cause was already identified on the night/early morning when the issue happens on 6th Jan. The reason it's taken so long because it's beyond the software/programming capacity -- they will have to replace faulty hardware terminals.
The problem will be resolved in the next few days by replace faulty terminals. My guess is everything should be settled before next weekend
