    Westpac never offered 1.85. They chose to withdraw. Why would Regal try a hostile takeover anything below the last Potentia offer of 1.60 when that wasn't accepted. It's a fact that when management reject a hostile takeover from anyone that the chances of acceptance straight from shareholders is extremely low.

    If their offer is 1.85 then Regal have a strong chance. They probably cannot afford it.
