"Discount Cash Flow" model is based on "many assumptions on future earnings" & then discounted back to todays dollars. So lots of margins for error especially for an emerging business that just became profitable. Price action & earnings are probably a better indicator of where the stock might be heading next.The fact that Wilson Asset Managment were buying when Regal were selling is also a +++ on the fundamental side.
