However, can you confirm that, by "Currently we are "under-recovering" our fees but this is less than $100/month.", you mean that you are paying $100/month more to Tyro for surcharges than you are recovering from your clients?
(By implication, if surcharges were outlawed, you'd be $100/month better off - all other things being equal?)
