In the past there have been some tentative offers for a takeover of TYR in the region of about Aus $1 billion.
Can anyone here provide stats about the other Australian merchant aquirers. TYR has about 70,000 merchants but no stats about how many the big4 have?
TYR also has a banking license(a plus) so not quite the same as Ingenico.
